Pravesh co-founded USVD in 2011 and under his stewardship; USVD today is recognized as a highly process orientated recruitment company, having operations in Australia and India.
Pravesh brings to the table high end operational excellence, project management, team leadership and policy building skills and is further responsible for building the organisation.
Over the years, Pravesh has developed best-in-class systems and processes which are not only scalable but also quantifiable. USVD stands out and is known in the industry for having a meticulous approach in recruitment.
In his previous assignments, Pravesh has managed complex and high net-worth projects with the likes of Lavasa, New Delhi Airport and many road projects, highways and dams. He has worked with companies like GMR, Punj Lloyd, and Reliance Infra in the past.
Pravesh has local working experience in Australia as well as in India. For the last one plus year, Pravesh has recruited numerous candidates in the infrastructure and transportation sector in Sydney.
His specialities include recruitment, opportunity presentation and guidance, managing and scaling up operations, mentoring candidates and operational excellence.
In his free time, he loves gardening, teaching kids, hitting gym and adventure sports.
Pravesh is a Civil engineer from the class of 1999 and is Sydney based.
