He brings to the table high end strategic thoughts, high energy levels and leadership capability and has built a high-performing team over the last six plus years and created USVD as a premium brand in the industry.

From the core, Ritesh is an executive search professional and possess the tenacity to execute challenging assignments with ease. An avid business developer with a sharp eye on customer relationship management, he has consulted clients at leadership level on the hiring strategies and interviewed candidates whilst sitting in the panel at times.
Ritesh has consulted multi cultural clients and gained substantial local working experience in Australia, India, Singapore and Middle East for over a decade.
His specialties include Profit centre management, Negotiations, Board setting and Business Strategy. In his free time, he loves playing Sudoku, reading OSHO, going for rides and drives and influencing people around.
Ritesh is an electrical engineer from the class of 2000. Widely travelled, he is based out of Sydney and keeps shuttling between Australia, India and Singapore for business.
