With a career spanning over 35 years as an entrepreneur and a business leader, Harry Lagad has successfully held CXO level positions across a broad range of industries from logistics to industrial, engineering to sporting goods, Plastics packaging Manufacturing, consumer electronics manufacturing and distribution and more. His work has carried him across almost all the continents, with various stints in India, Russia, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and USA.
Harry has worked with astute organizations such as Geodis (SNCF France), Nokia, Pacific Brands (Pacific Dunlop Australia), Tech Pacific (Ingram Micro Austral-Asia), Brightstar Inc (Softbank Ltd), TNT Logistics (FEDEX), Gati Ltd (All Cargo Logistics) and Toll Global Logistics. Harry is also a sought after Speaker, Leadership and Technology Consultant Tainer. Harry is a veteran having served 12 years in the Marine Electronic Engineering area of the Indian Navy.
Currently based out of Sydney in Australia, Harry and Intelio Solutions are joining hands with USVD in focusing on the growth and development of USVD’s extended offerings of Management Advisory & Strategic and heading up that vertical as Partner. Harry will also help the team of USVD on building its next phase of growth strategy across India and Australia.
Harry is married, with two children and enjoys music, drama, public speaking, playing golf, writing and sailing.

In 2017, I approached Ritesh Sarin of USVD consultants in Sydney to provide us diesel mechanics as we were struggling with the local Talent across all our workshop locations. The reference of USVD came from the Managing Director of India manufacturing facility as USVD were already a recruitment service provider to them locally in India. The project was to recruit twelve mechanics and USVD sourced high quality candidates from India having relevant experience of working on HEMM like Caterpillar, JCB, HITACHI etc. Ritesh along with our General Manager travelled from Sydney to New Delhi in India and interviewed many candidates for five days. Their team in India very well organized everything. Although it took about 4-6 months to get the candidates onboard, but we were able to successfully recruit 10 mechanics in our business. I strongly recommend USVD for their overseas recruitment services and wish them all the very best.
