Pravesh co-founded USVD in 2011 and under his stewardship; USVD today is recognized as a highly process orientated recruitment company, having operations in Australia and India.

Harry Lagad is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over 35 years of experience in CXO roles across diverse industries including logistics, manufacturing, engineering, consumer electronics, and sporting goods. He has worked globally across India, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, Russia, and the USA, with leadership stints at organizations such as Geodis, Nokia, Ingram Micro, TNT Logistics, and Toll Global Logistics. A former Marine Electronic Engineer in the Indian Navy, Harry is also a respected speaker and leadership consultant. Based in Sydney, he partners with USVD to lead Management Advisory and Strategic initiatives, driving the firm’s next phase of growth across India and Australia.

Dr. Sudhir Rao Hoshing is a distinguished infrastructure leader with over four decades of experience across highways, airports, and transport infrastructure. He has held senior leadership roles including CEO and Joint Managing Director at IRB Infrastructure Developers, Managing Director at Modern Road Makers, and CEO – Road Business at Reliance Infrastructure. He currently serves as Executive Vice Chairman at CEIGALL India Limited and Chairman at CDS Infra Projects Ltd., and is an Independent Director on multiple infrastructure boards.
