In 2017, I approached Ritesh Sarin of USVD consultants in Sydney to provide us diesel mechanics as we were struggling with the local Talent across all our workshop locations. The reference of USVD came from the Managing Director of India manufacturing facility as USVD were already a recruitment service provider to them locally in India. The project was to recruit twelve mechanics and USVD sourced high quality candidates from India having relevant experience of working on HEMM like Caterpillar, JCB, HITACHI etc. Ritesh along with our General Manager travelled from Sydney to New Delhi in India and interviewed many candidates for five days. Their team in India very well organized everything. Although it took about 4-6 months to get the candidates onboard, but we were able to successfully recruit 10 mechanics in our business.
